Paneer Tikka Masala








Ingrediants:


  • Paneer : 250 grams (cut into thin rectangular shaped cubes)
  • Onions : 2 big
  • Green chillies : 2
  • Tomatoes : 3 (blanch and make puree)
  • Curd : 3 tbspn
  • Salt : as per taste
  • Chilli Powder : as per taste
  • Coriander powder : 1 tbsn
  • Garam masala : 3/4 tbsn
  • Ginger Garlic paste : 2tspns
  • kasuri methi : 1 spoon
  • Coriander leaves : few
  • Sugar : 1 tspn
  • Butter : 1 tbspn
  • Oil : 2 tbspn

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl , add curds,salt, chilli powder,coriander powder and a little garam masala powder .
  2. Mix them well and add paneer cubes to it.Mix the ingrediants and keep it in a refregirator for a half-an-hour.
  3. Grind onions and green chillies adding some water and keep aside.
  4. Heat butter in a pan ,add onion-chilli paste , ginger- garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes.
  5. Now add salt , chilli powder , coriander powder and mix it well on a medium flame.
  6. Add tomato puree to it and cover with the lid till the tomatoes cooked properly.
  7. Take another pan , heat butter  in it and shallow fry the refrigered paneer till their colour changes to gloden color and keep aside to cool them.
  8. Now add fried paneer and kasuri methi  to the gravy and let it cook for 5 mins.
  9. Now add garam masala a pinch of sugar and mix it well.
  10. Now garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
